Low-Cost Lessons for All Ages & Abilities
Jay Stuart has been practicing Tai Chi for more than 20 years and is an Instructor Member of the Tai Chi & Qi Gong Union for Great Britain. Sessions include Yang 10-step, Yang 24-Step and other Tai Chi forms as well as related meditative movement. The focus is on practical learning with lasting benefit.

Tai Chi in Crete

I am hosting a retreat in an idyllic setting on the remote southern coast that is the perfect place for relaxed learning and enjoyment. Beautiful weather, pristine sea and an incredibly tranquil atmosphere. It’s an area that I have come to know well over many years. And quite simply my favourite place on earth. There will be instruction and practice in the mornings and afternoons and plenty of time to enjoy the beach and explore the surroundings (with an optional excursion to the spectacular Imbros Gorge). The cost of £850 covers seven nights of simple, comfortable accommodation, airport transfer from/to Chania and teaching. Excellent meals in Finikas or nearby Loutro are inexpensive. Partners who don’t want to do the Tai Chi are welcome to share a room at £460 per person. Please contact me for more information. Space is limited. 50% deposit.
